A very interesting API Hour was held on Monday 26/2 with the title ‘What Future for Europe?’
It was the presentation of the annual report on the European Economy by the influential European Economic Advisory Group, chaired by Prof. Dr. Clemens Fuest of the IFO Institute of the university of Munich.
He was planned to be one of the speakers, but unfortunately his flight from Munich to Brussels was cancelled, and Prof. Fuest could not make it on time. But his colleage Prof. Dr. Jan-Egbert Sturm of the University of Zurich, carried out this task on his behalf.
The EEAG Report gives an overview of the economic prospects of the European Union, but also an analysis of the political challenges that lie ahead, with building trust as one of the main factors.
